Community Outreach

The staff and specialists at Cardiac Vision are dedicated to improving the cardiovascular health of the Jacksonville community. We welcome the opportunity to work with local school and athletic organizations to provide the following services:

Educational programs for all ages and athletic abilities, including children; parents; high school, college and professional athletes
Training in the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) at professional and school sporting events
Educating the public and sports world on the importance of screening athletes to prevent sudden cardiac death
Medical care and support at community sporting events.

Dr. Ahmed is active in the local chapter of the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology and has served as a sports cardiologist for many events
